In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "x88vip", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the x88vip platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the gaming services available at https://x88vip.bio.
• "Platform" — refers to the x88vip website, mobile web interface, all game lobbies (casino, live casino, sportsbook, slots), account management portal, and any other service accessible under the x88vip domain.

• "Wagering Requirement" (also "rollover") — the minimum total betting volume a Member must generate using bonus funds before those funds, and any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process that x88vip may require Members to complete in accordance with internal security and anti-fraud policies.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the x88vip Platform.

Access to and use of the x88vip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. 3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active Account on x88vip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. x88vip employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be reviewed, and bonus credits will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x88vip will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify x88vip support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false registration information — including misrepresenting your identity, age, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account at the time of closure.

x88vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to maintaining a secure, fair, and fraud-resistant gaming environment. KYC verification may be required at any point during a Member's time on the Platform, including but not limited to before processing the first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal threshold is reached, or when x88vip's security systems flag an account for review.

4.1 Documents That May Be Requested

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as a National ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits, such as a screenshot of the registered account name or a bank statement header.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving high transaction volumes, x88vip may request documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds used for gaming.

4.2 Withdrawal Hold During KYC

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to x88vip's satisfaction. x88vip aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions are the Member's responsibility.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a formal request may result in account suspension pending resolution. x88vip reserves the right to withhold funds where KYC cannot be completed satisfactorily.

All deposits on x88vip are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The following terms govern the deposit process:

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

x88vip currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. x88vip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method and Member tier. x88vip reserves the right to adjust deposit limits without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to a Member's Account within minutes of payment confirmation. x88vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which x88vip accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. x88vip does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the corresponding Account suspended pending investigation.

x88vip is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal transactions:

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credits that have not yet met the stipulated rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn and will not be converted to withdrawable funds until the conditions are fully met.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit. x88vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment accounts that differ from those verified during KYC. 6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

6.5 Right to Withhold

x88vip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a bonus abuse investigation is ongoing, or where the withdrawal would constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

x88vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Credits and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

x88vip monitors all promotional activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk or statistically near-certain outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, and exploiting errors in bonus configuration. Where bonus abuse is identified, x88vip reserves the right to void the bonus, recover any winnings generated from abusive play, and suspend the Member's Account.

7.3 Seasonal Promotions

x88vip regularly runs promotions aligned to Indonesia's cultural calendar — including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the Ramadhan fasting month. These promotions are available to eligible Members during the applicable promotional window and are subject to the terms published at the time of each campaign.

8.1 Game Integrity

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win; a single void selection may affect the overall payout in accordance with the published mix parlay rules.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active sports bet, x88vip's servers record the last confirmed game state. Where a game round or bet had been placed and confirmed before disconnection, the outcome will be settled based on the recorded game state. x88vip accepts no liability for disconnections caused by the Member's internet service provider, device, or local network.

8.4 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects game outcomes or displayed odds, x88vip reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account. Winnings generated from a demonstrably erroneous game state or mis-priced market will not be honoured.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, provider, and Member account tier. x88vip reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including applying individual limits to specific Member accounts where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x88vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with live dealer games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live casino table games, or sports markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, pricing errors in sportsbook markets, or misconfigured bonus parameters for financial gain.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after gaming activity has occurred. Chargebacks are treated as theft under x88vip's policies.
• Laundering funds through the x88vip Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, promote, or participate in any unlawful activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward x88vip support staff or other Members.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or accessing the Platform using another Member's login details.

x88vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Identification of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on or in connection with the Account.
• Provision of false registration information.
• At the Member's own voluntary request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Where x88vip determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to the Member poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform, its other Members, or its operations.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Member, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus credits and any funds under review) may be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to x88vip's investigation findings. Bonus credits will be forfeited in all cases of suspension for breach.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact x88vip support. A request for permanent account closure will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal obligations owed by x88vip to the Member.

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising in any way in connection with the Platform or these Terms & Conditions.
• Any failure or delay in Platform performance caused by events outside x88vip's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
• Gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay. Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss, and x88vip does not guarantee any return on wagers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, x88vip's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to x88vip in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
